The Community Development District (CDD) takes vandalism, tampering with CDD property, and trespassing on CDD property outside of permitted hours very seriously. These actions result in unnecessary repair costs, consume District resources and staff time, and negatively impact the community as a whole.
Any individual found vandalizing or tampering with CDD property, or trespassing on CDD property outside authorized hours, will be subject to enforcement action. Suspension of amenity card privileges, reimbursement of repair costs, and prosecution by law enforcement will be the CDD's course of action.
The CDD will not tolerate behavior that damages community assets or disrupts the safe and proper use of CDD facilities. We expect all residents and guests to respect CDD property and adhere to all rules and regulations.
