The Amenity Improvement Project is Underway!!
The K-Bar Ranch I Community Development District is pleased to announce that construction is currently underway for our new Amenity Improvement Project. This project is part of our continued effort to enhance the community’s recreational offerings and provide improved facilities for residents to enjoy!
During the next three months, you may notice construction activity, temporary closures, and limited access to certain areas at the amenity center. The Pool and restrooms will remain open during the construction. We kindly ask all residents to use caution in these areas and to follow posted signage for your safety. All areas are under surveillance.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to bring exciting new amenities to the community. Updates on the project’s progress and estimated completion timeline will be shared here as they become available.
